STORE POLICY :

Mail Orders welcome.

 Ask about lay-by and payments to suit you.

A deposit of at least 10% will be required to establish the layby.
The full amount of the lay-by is to be paid within 3 months ( 6 months on saddles and high value items )
If at the end of the lay-by period the the full amount has not been received or suitable prior arrangements made with management all monies payed shall be forfeited .

Ordering Non Stock Items
Prepayment is required before the order will be placed.  NOTE Prices may vary from the time of order, this due to fluctuations in value of the U.S. Dollar.
There will be no refund or exchange if the customer has ordered the incorrect size, style, etc.

Returns Policy
If the purchase item is faulty or supplied incorrectly, call to arrange exchange or refund at our expense or you can leave a credit.
Returned goods must be in original condition and returned within 10 days.
If you find the item unsuitable ie doesn't fit etc., we will consider an exchange or credit (no refunds).

Delivery & Despatch
Ideal Western Saddlery offers delivery via Australia Post. We can arrange Registration and Extra Cover at additional cost. We consider all items delivered upon lodgement at the Post Office . All claims for damage or non delivery are to be lodged with Australia Post by the customer.
